Alumnae and friends are welcome to attend all events. Membership status helps defray club costs, supports the college and adds you to the mailing list when formal invitations are mailed.

The Chicago West Alumnae Club has been informed that it will receive a visit from President Carol Ann Mooney in 2013. This is a huge honor and due to the large number of clubs and President Mooney's demanding schedule, cannot happen very often. We need to take advantage of this opportunity to show President Mooney how much we appreciate what SMC meant to us, and what she's doing to make it a value added destination for our daughters and all young women aspiring to do great things. (Wow, that sounds like a good theme?!) Your club board is looking for volunteers to form a committee for this presidential visit to discuss ideas for events, raise money in advance of her visit, and plan an appropriate event for the visit itself. Please respond to any of your board members of your interest or send ideas to Alison Kavulich at irishannie93@yahoo.com. Please don't make your current board be responsible for this alone. We are looking for support to make our event stand out. As soon as receive a few interested volunteers - we'll schedule a meeting.
